If you have received a notification from Euronext Securities (VPS) that your VPS-account is blocked, you have no longer access to your holding in the account. This is happening because we have not registered updated identification on you within the given deadline. All banks are now legally obliged to document verified identification on all customers.
To re-open your VPS-account, you need to verify your identification.
Please send us the following information:
- Our customer profile form duly filled. Fill in and send us the form.
- Our VPS account operator agreement form duly filled. Print the formÅpnes i nytt vindu.
- A copy of valid passport(s) of the account holder and any authorized users. You can get a true copy of your passport by asking for stamped paper copy of you passport at the following places:
- Notary Public
- Police
- Insurance company
- Lawyer
- Accountant
- Real Estate Agent
- In addition, one of the following documents:
